I have probably read like a million blogs but I have never actually considered writing one, and then when i finally decided to, all these questions came pouring down on me...what should I write about? How should I go about it? and today I just said 'oh what the heck' why not start somewhere...so here I am...rambling on about how I thought I should blog. (you will probably get a lot of the rambling, just as a by the way :p )

So let me tell you a little something about myself. I'm 21 years old, a student doing a degree in hotel management and i love to BAKE!! yeah you read right, I love to bake. I guess you can say I love to cook too, but I love baking more.

I hope to show and share with you guys some wonderful recipes and even hope to learn from all you wonderful people out there :)

So here goes nothing, wish me luck on this blogging adventure.
